N.B. Anybody having problems with consulting our website, will be assisted directly on the phone by one of our employees.
Opening hours of our store: from monday to friday: 09:00 - 13:00 and 15:00 - 19:00
MINIMUM ORDER-QUANTITIES
There is no minimum order-quantity: the minimum is in the packing of the product.
Differently to many other companies, we wanted to give a positive signal to our customers, selling also a smaller packing.
In these cases, the cost of the service is higher than the cost of the product.
Therefore we had to insert small (but necessary) recoveries of costs, which disappear as soon as the order-quantity grows a little.
Anyway, we are happy to supply this service, hoping that you will become good customers!
TRANSPORT CONDITIONS AND DESPATCH

Transport conditions:
ex-works

Despatch cost: €  7,50
for deliveries less than €  75,00

Despatch cost: €  3,75
for deliveries between €  75,00 and €  200,00

Despatch cost: €  0,00
for deliveries more than €  200,00
Despatch:
We despatch all days of the year except: saturdays, sundays and italian festivities.
PAYMENT AND INVOICE HANDLING

Forfait cost for cashing and invoice handling:

€ 1,95 for invoices less than € 100,00
€ 1,00 for invoices between € 100,00 and € 500,00
€ 0,00 for invoices more than € 500,00
LOYALTY PREMIUM
Premium of 2% for a monthly turnover equal or more than € 1.000,00
The loyalty premium will be accredited on the first invoice of the next month.
If for 6 consecutive months the customer does not buy anything, the right for the loyalty premium is lost.
